I LOVE soup!


If you know me personally you probably already know that I LOVE soup! In my opinion, every occasion, season or meal is another opportunity to enjoy tasty and nutritious soup.

If you appreciate soup as much as I do you are going to adore this recipe. Have it as a filling lunch or light dinner. Kale, tomato and sweet potato offer up a powerful dose of antioxidants while split peas provide a healthy source of vegetarian protein and heart healthy fibre.
