I have been living and practising yoga since 2003. I began exploring yoga as a means of achieving stress relief and acquiring physical health while obtaining my undergraduate degree at Trent University.
My growing love of yoga led to a deepening of my daily practice and a desire to share the gift of yoga with others. In 2008 I completed a 200-hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program led by Loren Crawford and Roxanne Joly (Upward Dog Yoga Centre) becoming a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
Teaching from the heart, my intention is to help students attain physical, mental and spiritual well being.
I encourage students to find joy in their practice while cultivating their sense of self awareness and compassion.
